Stephen Castro

Stephen Castro is an experienced professional currently serving as the Team Lead for the Asset Knowledge Team at Kleinfelder since January 2024, responsible for coordinating team and client workflows and project management. Previously, Stephen held positions as a Quality Control Engineer and Associate Engineer at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc. from December 2021 to January 2024. A former WHS Specialist and Temporary Safety Manager at Amazon, Stephen implemented environmental policies and led incident investigations to enhance workplace safety. As a Peace Corps Volunteer, Stephen contributed to community development in Liberia and consulted on engineering projects. Early career experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant at Amy Perez Law Firm. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Penn State University, graduating in 2017.
