Aaron is the CFO and has been a member of the Kleinschmidt family for 24+ years. Aaron began his career as a computer programmer and then Manager of Information Technology. In 2005, he was promoted to Manager of IT and Finance and then Chief Financial Officer.
In his role, Aaron has full responsibility for the firm’s financial operations including accounting, budgeting, tax, insurance, credit, and treasury functions. He is responsible for formulating financial policy and plans to meet Kleinschmidt’s short and long-term strategic goals, ensuring the company’s viability. Aaron also leads corporate HR, IT, Purchasing, and Facilities functions.
Aaron has his B.S in Electrical Engineering Technology graduating from the University of Maine. Aaron is also a part of the American Council of Engineering Companies in Portland, Oregon Association.
