Lesley is a Senior Licensing Coordinator with over 20 years of professional natural resource experience. She specializes in FERC hydroelectric licensing and ecological assessments for renewable energy projects. She has worked on hydroelectric projects ranging from Nebraska to Maine and has extensive experience managing FERC hydropower relicensing and compliance projects in the Midwest. Lesley’s expertise also includes wetland delineations, wetland and waterway permitting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, habitat assessments, natural resource restoration and management projects, and endangered species surveys.
