Jerome Lemetayer

Jerome Lemetayer has extensive experience in technical management within the retail and commercial property sectors. Currently serving as Technical Manager for France and Belgium at Klepierre since 2014, Jerome oversees the implementation of central technical services, supports commercial center technical teams, and ensures ongoing reporting and supervision for optimal asset management. Prior roles include Regional Technical Manager at the Blagnac Shopping Center, where Jerome ensured safety and compliance while maintaining the property, managing service contracts, and coordinating security interventions. Previously, as Technical Manager at the Les Jacobins Shopping Center, responsibilities included similar safety and maintenance oversight. Jerome began a career at Brose Group, developing skills in automated line management and team leadership from 1998 to 2010.
