Nicolas Guibal

Nicolas Guibal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the real estate industry. Nicolas began their career at Féau Hampton Paris as a Real Estate Negotiator, where they focused on selling and leasing office buildings in Paris and the IDF. Nicolas also worked as an Analyst, primarily tasked with valuing the assets of the FIAT Group in France.

After their time at Féau Hampton Paris, Nicolas joined Decathlon as the Responsible for Expansion in France and Italy, where they oversaw the company's expansion efforts.

Nicolas then moved on to Segece-Klepierre, where they served as the Business Development Manager and Director of Programs for Europe. During their time there, they played a key role in developing and implementing business strategies for the company.

Afterward, Nicolas worked at Unibail-Rodamco as the Deputy Head of Asset Management, where they were responsible for assisting with the management of the company's assets.

Most recently, they have been employed at Klepierre (Simon Property Group - USA), serving as the Investment Director. In this role, they are involved in the investment activities of the company.

Nicolas Guibal attended ESPI - Paris I Sorbonne from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a D.E.S.S degree in Droit immobilier & Urbanisme.
