Sophie Mauclair

Sophie Mauclair is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in renowned companies. Currently serving as the Group Head of Risk Management at KLEPIERRE since September 2021, Sophie is responsible for establishing the Group Risk Management department, transforming insurance management, and leading a team of five. Prior to this role, as the Risk & Insurance Director at Thales from April 2019 to September 2021, Sophie supported the VP Insurance in strategic initiatives and contributed to various risk governance projects. With a foundational career at Gemalto and Schlumberger, where Sophie held roles from Chief Risk Officer to Head of Contract Administration, a robust background in risk, insurance, and team management has been developed. Sophie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Dauphine and additional degrees in Sales and Marketing as well as International Trade Techniques.
