Bill Piersol

Bill Piersol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Programs Analyst at Klett Consulting Group since October 2019, Bill's previous roles include Principal Consultant at Synergy by Design Consulting, Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager at Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, and Senior Systems Analyst with the U.S. Navy. Bill has also been active in professional organizations, including serving as Membership Chair for the Hampton Roads Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement and Programs Director of the Hampton Roads ISPI chapter. Bill holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Innovation from Ithaca College and multiple other advanced certifications, signifying a strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
