Paroo Uppal

Paroo Uppal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation since December 2023. Since March 2018, Paroo has held the position of Managing Director and previously SVP Consulting at Klick, a firm dedicated to creating solutions for healthcare delivery across various sectors. Prior roles include VP Innovation Consulting at MarkStrat Consulting and Senior Director of Global Marketing for Renal and Cellular Therapies at Baxter International Inc., where responsibilities encompassed overseeing global dialysis portfolios, launching new devices, and managing the commercialization of biosimilars. Paroo's expertise is further supported by a robust educational background including an MBA from Northwestern University, an MSE in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
