Christoph Ochsenfeld started their work experience in 2009 as a Field Sales Representative for Reckitt Benckiser. Christoph then took on various roles within the company, including Junior Key Account Manager, Junior Brand Manager, and eventually Brand Manager for Calgon. In 2014, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Brand Manager for Flavours. After leaving Coca-Cola, Christoph took a sabbatical in 2018. In 2019, they worked as the Director of Brand & Communications for Natural Mojo and later for goodeasy, where they were also a Co-Founder. Starting in 2020, Christoph worked as a Freelance Manager, focusing on Business Development, Product Development, Sourcing, Ideation, and Branding. Christoph is currently employed as a Senior Sales Manager at Klim, a company that allows businesses to finance regenerative agriculture for climate protection, soil health, and biodiversity.

Christoph Ochsenfeld pursued their education at various institutions over the years. In 2002, they enrolled at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and completed a diploma program in business administration, known as Magister, in 2008. During this time, they also engaged in individual studies in business and design at the Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien, earning the degree of Magister in 2008.

In 2006, Christoph had the opportunity to study abroad at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business for a semester. Christoph focused on the field of marketing during this time. In 2007, they furthered their studies at the Stockholm School of Economics, specializing in international management, and completed a CEMS Master's program in International Management (CEMS MIM).

Continuing their pursuit of international management studies, Christoph briefly attended the University of Cologne in 2008, where they also completed a CEMS Master's program in International Management (CEMS MIM). Overall, Christoph's education history reveals a strong emphasis on business administration, design, and international management.
