Mike Lagana

Mike Lagana is an experienced professional with a distinguished career in client services and collections management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services and Vice President of Client Services at Klima, Peters & Daly, P.A. since November 1995, Mike has excelled in supervising collectors, facilitating FDCPA training, and developing innovative collection strategies while managing client relations and marketing efforts.
