Aryo Wicaksono

Aryo Wicaksono began their work experience as an Assessor at Biro Psikologi Amigdala in 2016. Aryo then took on roles as a Lecturer Assistant at Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung in 2017 and also served as a Personnel Administration at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) during that time. In 2018, Aryo served as part of the Medical & Doping Control Department for the Asian Games. Aryo also worked as an Observer & Scorer Administrator at PT Mulia Visitama Indonesia and was responsible for conducting psychological tests and observing training processes. From 2018 to 2021, Aryo worked at HP FINANCIALS in Human Capital Development. In 2021, they joined Carsurin as a Recruitment Officer and later became a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Aryo holds a position in the Recruitment and Branding department at Klinik Pintar starting in 2023.

Aryo Wicaksono obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 22 Bandung from 2010 to 2013, focusing on the science field.

In addition to their formal education, Aryo Wicaksono has obtained various certifications including "Certified Industrial Relation Professional" from IEEEL Institute in October 2021, "The Secrets of Professional Recruiter Through Character" from Power Character (PT Neo Insan Internasional) in August 2021, "Seminar Membangun SDM Unggul dan Berdaya Saing" and "Workshop Behavior Event Interview" from Asosiasi Psikologi Industri dan Organisasi Jawa Barat in March 2018, "Workshop HRD Officer for Student" from Resolusi Indonesia in May 2017, and "Sertifikasi Perancang dan Fasilitator Program Pelatihan" from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung in January 2017.
