Philip Jonitz

Philip Jonitz has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2022. Philip started their career as a Quality Management and Prototyping Intern at Hettich Group in 2013. Philip then worked as a Student Research Assistant at BIBA - Bremer Institut für Produktion und Logistik GmbH, where they were involved in a research project sponsored by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. In 2017, Philip joined Raisin as a Business Development professional, contributing to the growth of the leading pan-European deposit marketplace. Philip continued their journey in the fintech industry by joining Motu Ventures as an Investment Analyst, specializing in first-round financing of seed-stage companies. In 2020, Philip joined Deutsche Börse Venture Network, focusing on venture and growth financing and supporting young, aspiring companies in Germany. Philip then worked at Techstars as a Fundraising & Strategy Associate and later transitioned to Jonitz Ventures as a Start-up Consultant in 2021. Philip's expertise and passion for start-ups led him to StartupGym, where they served as a Founder in Residence, working on developing, launching, and scaling next-generation digital businesses. Currently, Philip is a Co-Founder of Klink Finance, a company they founded in 2022.

Philip Jonitz has a diverse education history. Philip pursued an M.Sc. Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability at Technische Universität Berlin. Philip also completed an M.Sc. Business Administration from the University of Twente. As part of an exchange program, they studied International Management at Shanghai University. Prior to that, Philip obtained a B.Sc. in Management and Production Engineering from the University of Bremen. Philip completed their secondary education, obtaining an Abitur, at Ravensberger Gymnasium in Herford. Additionally, Philip is currently enrolled in the DeFi Talents - Cohort 3 program at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they are focusing on Web3 Talents.
