Mike Gadd

Mike Gadd currently serves as the Senior Vice President of EMEA at Klipboard, focusing on scaling ERP One across Europe, with responsibilities for growth strategy and market expansion. Gadd is also the owner of Xavian, which manages a diversified portfolio in technology, services, and property. Previously, Gadd was Managing Director at Lightbulb Analytics, leading significant growth and securing key contracts and acquisitions. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at AssetWorks and working with the Volaris Group on mergers and acquisitions, along with holding vice president and director roles at Pentana Solutions, aquilaheywood, CDK Global, and ADP Dealer Services.
