Draven McConville has a diverse work experience. In 2007, they started as a Senior Account Manager at Pierce Communications Ltd. In 2010, they cofounded Gravity: Intelligent Digital Products, where they served as Managing Director and Non Executive Director. In 2015, they founded Klipboard | Field Service Simplified, where they serve as the CEO & Founder. That same year, they also began their role as a Public Speaker. In 2016, they were elected to the Freedom of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists. In 2017, they joined the board of the Irish International Business Network. Finally, in 2020, they became a Board Advisor at ESTHER.

Draven McConville obtained a Diploma in Online Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute Ireland in October 2010.
