Mattias Adolfsson

Mattias Adolfsson serves as the Verksamhetschef for grundskola, särskola, and central elevhälsa in Klippans kommun since August 2016, managing six primary schools with over 2000 students. In this role, Mattias has expanded responsibilities to include special education and central student health services since 2020. Previously, Mattias was a development strategist at BUF, focusing on educational development and the integration of digital tools, as well as quality enhancement processes to improve student outcomes. Mattias also worked as a verksamhetskonsult at IST Group, providing training and support to educators and administrators, and held the position of principal at Västervångskolan in Landskrona, overseeing a staff of over 40 and 365 students, along with a prior role in special education leadership. Educational qualifications include a Rektorsutbildning from Linnaeus University and a teaching degree in Swedish and Social Studies from Kalmar University.
