Aoife Smith

Aoife Smith has worked in various roles throughout their career. Aoife started in 2013 as a Business Development Administrator at Hostelworld Group. Aoife then worked as a Human Resource Assistant at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG) for a brief period in 2013.

In 2014, Aoife joined CarTrawler as an Online Account Executive, where they delivered monthly targets and business growth objectives for the Meta & Affiliate business. Aoife developed and maintained partner relationships, identified opportunities for business optimization and expansion, and provided regular and ad-hoc analysis of partner performance. Aoife was promoted to Senior Online Account Executive, where they were responsible for the overall Affiliate business performance and the development of future business plans. Later, they became the Meta and Affiliate Partner Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day account management, brand promotional planning, and execution across publishers in multiple markets. Aoife also identified new opportunities, negotiated commercial wins and contracts with partners.

In 2019, Aoife joined Betterez as a Manager of Customer Success. In this role, they worked with customers to design their Customer Experience programs aligned with Betterez philosophy and product capability. Aoife promoted the company's services, supported customer renewals, and prioritized resources and effort based on perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.

Most recently, Aoife joined Klir in 2020 as the Growth Manager, responsible for overseeing growth operations. Aoife was later promoted to Growth Operations Manager and currently serves as the Director of Growth Operations. The details of these roles are not provided.

Aoife Smith attended the National University of Ireland, Maynooth from 2008 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Geography. Aoife then pursued further education at the same institution from 2011 to 2012 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Music Technology.
