Elaine Kelly

Elaine Kelly has extensive work experience, starting in 2007 as an IT Consultant at Accenture Technology Solutions. During their time at Accenture, they worked on various projects for clients such as Kerry Group PLC, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Vhi Health Insurance. Elaine'sroles included Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst/Tester, where they gained experience in project management, agile methodology, and various aspects of IT delivery and testing.

In 2014, Elaine co-founded Elm Solutions, a company focused on creating IT solutions for clients to meet regulatory requirements. Elaine served as the COO and was responsible for incorporating environmental expertise into the company's IT delivery experience. Elm Solutions became known as the "Green IT" company.

Since 2018, Elaine has been serving as the Co-Founder and COO at Klir. Klir is a modular SaaS platform designed by water regulatory compliance experts for water utilities. It centralizes workflows and data for environmental regulation, compliance, and quality, providing water utilities with a comprehensive approach to water management and regulatory compliance. Klir's mission is to make water safer by helping water utilities transform compliance obligations into advantages, ultimately benefiting the environment.
