Juan Polessi Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Juan started their career in 2014 as an Analyst Support at ADN Tecnologia, where they provided hardware and software support to employees. Juan then worked at Nexcode Systems as a Fullstack Developer, specializing in building control systems. At Astrein, they served as a Programmer Analyst, focusing on full stack development and ERP integration.
Juan later joined Moco as a Sales & Innovation professional before moving on to Stefanini Brazil, where they worked as a System Analyst and was involved in the development and maintenance of systems at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. During their tenure at Zurich, Juan also contributed to architectural control and the implementation of new methodologies.
Juan then joined NAVA - Technology for Business as a Full Stack Developer before transitioning to Ventures Lab as a Software Engineer, where they developed new functions and features for an online betting system. Their skillset at Ventures Lab included .Net Core, Angular, React, Entity Framework, SQL, and Azure.
Juan's most recent role was at Comuniverse Brasil, where they served as a Software Engineer & Tech Lead. Here, they were responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining new features on the Comuniverse system. Juan also took on the role of Tech Lead and was responsible for tasks distribution, architecture, DevOps, and the development of the Get Edits system. Their technological expertise at Comuniverse included React and NestJS.
Currently, Juan works as a Full Stack Engineer at Klir, starting in 2022.
Juan Polessi Ruiz began their education in 2011, attending Clóvis Bevilacqua where they obtained a Technical degree in Informatics in 2013. After that, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems at FIAP. In 2019, they attended Udacity Brasil and completed a Nanodegree Design Sprint program in Project Management. Additionally, Juan Polessi Ruiz obtained various certifications, including Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in June 2020, Leadership Communication from FIAP in April 2020, Nanodegree Design Sprint from Udacity in February 2019, C# and Object-Oriented Programming from Caelum in December 2015, and Responsive Web Apps with JavaScript and jQuery from Caelum in December 2015.
