Svitlana T. has a strong work experience in software quality assurance and customer support. Svitlana began their career in 2015 as a Customer Support Specialist at Caspio, Inc., providing technical support to customers and assistance in creating SQL queries and database relationships. In 2018, they joined Saba Software as an Advanced Support Engineer and an Application Support Specialist, where they were responsible for troubleshooting issues to provide high level technical support to customers. In 2018 they obtained an ISTQB foundation level from the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB). In 2014, they obtained a Certified Accounting Practitioner - CAP from the Eurasian Council of Certified Accountants and Auditors. Svitlana T. also has several certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Testing, Learning Azure DevOps, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, Software Testing Foundations: Continuous Testing and DevOps, Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts, and Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security. Additionally, they have a certification in Web Development and Front End with React from Lighthouse Labs.
