Chris Nelson possesses extensive experience in fleet management and dispatch operations. Currently serving as Fleet Manager/Dispatch at KLLM Transport Services since June 2017, Chris has developed strong expertise in managing logistics and transportation. Prior roles include Team Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Dispatcher at Gulf Relay LLC, and Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO Logistics (formerly Con-way Inc.). Chris's career in transportation began at KLLM Transport Services in various roles related to Hazmat, dispatch, customer service, and load planning from January 1997 to December 2014. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi College, completed in 1997.
