Mark Walker

Mark Walker is currently the IT & Innovation Manager at KLM UK Engineering Limited since January 2014, responsible for managing and developing the IT infrastructure and systems to maximize efficiency. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Technical Manager at Aviva from September 2007 to December 2013, leading the development of new measurement deliveries and providing technical guidance to various stakeholders. With a background in customer account management and information systems analysis, Mark brings a wealth of experience in operational planning, customer satisfaction monitoring, and project management. Mark holds a MSc in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham, along with various certifications in IT Service Management and Six Sigma.
