Michelle M. has extensive work experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Michelle is currently working as the Director of Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Environmental, Health & Safety at Klocke of America, where they oversee the QMS and safety program, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and standards. Michelle also handles FDA facility registrations and EPA reporting.

Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at Inovo, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, starting as a Quality Assurance Specialist and progressing to the role of Quality Assurance Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the CAPA and complaints processes, maintaining CAPA logs, initiating new CAPA's, leading CRB meetings, and verifying the effectiveness and closure of each CAPA.

Before joining Inovo, Michelle worked at Klocke of America as a Quality Manager from 2013 to 2019, where they served as both the Quality Control Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Their responsibilities included inspecting incoming materials against customers' standards, arranging microbiological and analytical testing, and performing some in-house testing.

Additionally, Michelle has experience as a coach at USA South Volleyball, where they taught girls of various age groups the skills of volleyball and helped them develop teamwork and leadership skills. Michelle also worked as a Wet Chemist/Receiving Technician at Sanders Laboratories, Inc. from 2012 to 2013, conducting various tests on customers' samples ranging from wastewater to drinking water.
