Denis Bogachev has a diverse work experience that spans across different IT companies. Denis started their career with HP as an IT Support Specialist in 2006 where they managed mobile subscriptions, provided IT support for employees, and set up PCs. In 2010, they moved to the position of Senior Technical Consultant and supported HPE Products, including servers, OneView, SimpliVity, and different OS. Denis troubleshooted and resolved complex technical cases, and did complex hardware repairs. In 2017, they got promoted to Head of Customer Support in Hewlett Packard Enterprise where they supervised 25 technical consultants and controlled operations of the support center. Denis resolved complex cases and drove escalations resolution. Later, they worked as Service Delivery Manager / Critical Event Manager before they left in 2022. In 2023, they joined Kloeckner.i GmbH as IT Service Manager.

Denis Bogachev obtained an Integrated Master's degree in Software and applications development and analysis from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics (MESI) from 2005 to 2010. Denis also obtained multiple certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation v4, Customer-Centric Mindset, and others from Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP from 2013 to 2021.
