Behnam F.

Behnam F. is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in consulting and academia, specializing in geotechnical engineering. They hold two Ph.D. degrees: one in geotechnical engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and another in rock mechanics from Amirkabir University of Technology. Behnam has worked on notable projects involving seismic analysis and design of tailings dams and tunneling, and has held academic positions at Sahand University of Technology and Curtin University. Since 2019, they have been employed at BGC Engineering, focusing on the seismic and numerical modeling of tailings dams.
