Previously, they worked as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at REC, managing major mining projects in Australia and West Africa. Prior to that, Justin held roles at Knight Piesold and Golder, coordinating geotechnical investigations and fieldwork programs. They earned a Master of Professional Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Western Australia.
