Rose Penhasi has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rose is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Klood Digital: The Growth Agency, where they focus on helping B2B companies build their CRM and marketing automation systems for scale. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of ScaleOps, where they worked with high-tech startups to optimize their sales operations. Rose also served as a Board Member on the HubSpot Advisory Council (PAC) and held the position of Sales Operations Process Specialist - Consultant at Safe-T Data. Rose gained experience as the Head of Sales Operations at Continuity Software and the Sales Operations Manager at Xura and Comverse Technology, Inc. Additionally, Rose worked as an Article Writer for the Alliance Center for Iranian Studies and a Research Support Specialist at The College of Management Academic Studies. Throughout their career, Rose has demonstrated expertise in sales operations, revenue optimization, and building scalable infrastructure and processes.

Rose Penhasi received a degree in Business Management with Accounting Specialization from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they attended from 2008 to 2012.
