Katrina An has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Katrina began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Project Manager, where they led cross-functional projects and conducted training for new products and processes. In 2008, they joined Goldman Sachs as a Margin Risk Specialist. After that, they worked at Nomura as a Vice President, where they conducted a firm-wide Learning Needs Analysis and designed new core curriculum programs. In 2018, Katrina became the Program and Workshop Lead at Heels & Yield. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Organization and Talent Development at Klook.
Katrina An has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from UNSW. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Situational Leadership from The Center for Leadership Studies in 2018, EQ-i 2.0 & EQ 360 on Emotional Intelligence from MHS in 2013, Myers Briggs Type Inventory from CPP Asia Pacific in 2012, and CPA Australia from CPA Australia in 2007.
