Qiyi Liao

Qiyi Liao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, culture development, and communication strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Culture and Engagement at Klook since May 2023, Qiyi previously held positions including Employee Engagement & Communications Manager at Secretlab and People Experience Lead at Carousell, where significant contributions were made to enhance employee morale and organizational effectiveness. Qiyi is also the founder of Handsel, a gifting concierge, and has experience in project management, marketing, and service development from roles at PROOF Living Pte Ltd, Singapore Airlines, Shiseido, and Ogilvy & Mather. Qiyi holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with Honours in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma of Merit in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
