Louis Li has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Louis started their career at Cathay Pacific Airways, where they held various managerial positions, including Assistant Manager for the Hong Kong Office and International Affairs Manager. In these roles, they developed travel products, formulated strategies for airline network expansion, and managed partnerships.

Louis then joined Verizon as an EDF Climate Corps Fellow, where they focused on energy efficiency and carbon footprint analysis for a data center. Following this, they worked at the Environmental Defense Fund as a Climate Corps Fellow, contributing to their sustainability initiatives.

Louis Li also played a key role in the growth and operations of JD.COM's division, JD Worldwide. As the Deputy General Manager, they co-founded and co-led the division, helping foreign consumer brands enter the Chinese market through favorable trade policies.

Currently, they are working at Klook as a Vice President. Louis has held two roles within the company, first as the Vice President of Operations Growth, where they contributed to curating joyful travel experiences for users, and currently as the Vice President of Experiences & Mobility, overseeing the company's experiences and mobility services.
