Shang Chuang has a strong background in finance, management, and operations. Shang began their career at Merrill Lynch in 2003, where they gained valuable experience in capital markets and played important roles in IPO and M&A transactions. In 2011, they joined Noah Holdings Limited as the CFO, responsible for overseeing global financial operations, strategic planning, investments, and capital market activities. Shang also founded and served as the CEO of Noah Hong Kong, which now represents over 20% of Noah Group's total revenue. In 2019, they became the CFO of Klook, where they utilize their business intuition and analytical skills to drive performance and take on new challenges. Shang has been recognized for their expertise in capital operations and was listed as one of the top CFOs in China by Renmin Business School and China CFO Development Center.

Shang Chuang graduated from NYU Stern School of Business in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
