Ssu-Ying Chen is an experienced marketing and public relations professional with a strong background in brand communication and strategic marketing. Currently serving as Associate Marketing Director at Klook since August 2019, Ssu-Ying leads brand and communication strategies for Klook TW, overseeing social media, content, public relations, and design teams. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Manager for PR at Klook, Taiwan Communications Lead at TikTok, and various leadership positions at Era Ogilvy Public Relations, where Ssu-Ying successfully managed high-profile client campaigns, including award-winning initiatives. Ssu-Ying holds an M.B.A. from National Taiwan University and a B.A.Sc. in Biochemistry, enhancing a diverse skill set in both business management and technical fields.
