Wilfred Fan

Wilfred Fan has extensive experience in the hospitality and e-commerce industries, with a strong background in business development and partnerships. Wilfred started their career as a Manager at Dusit & Kempinski Group, handling group reservations and distribution. Wilfred then joined General Electronic Commerce Services Co., Ltd. as a Marketing Manager, focusing on providing IT solutions to various industries. Later, Fan became Vice President of Business Development at Direct Commerce Technology Co., Ltd. In 2003, Fan co-founded Agoda Services Co., Ltd. and held various roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Managing Director for North Asia. From 2017 to 2018, they served as Vice President of Partnerships at Agoda. Most recently, Fan joined Klook as the Chief Commercial Officer in November 2018.

Wilfred Fan received their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Boston University in 1997. Wilfred began their educational journey by earning a Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches in 1995.
