Ed Matibag has been working in the technology industry since 2008. Ed started their career at eCOST.com as a Director of Marketing, where they were responsible for email, affiliates, CSE, paid search, digital ads, and direct mail marketing. During their time there, they grew affiliate revenues by 10% year-over-year. In 2010, eCOST.com was acquired by PCMALL.

In 2019, Matibag joined Entytle, Inc. as a Senior Solutions Consultant. In this role, they worked with the Enterprise sales team on solution selling best practices into OEM manufacturers, improved sales/demonstration processes, enhanced product demonstrations, identified opportunities to improve implementation process, developed Customer Success processes and strategies, and collaborated with Product and ML teams to improve ML models and usability of the output.

In 2020, Matibag was hired as the Director of Sales Engineering at Uptick Labs, Inc.

In 2021, Matibag joined KloudGin as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they served companies with complex, asset management and field service requirements. Ed also joined PreSales Collective as a Member, aiming to provide PreSales professionals with the resources, knowledge, network, and mentorship to develop long, impactful careers. Additionally, they were hired as a Senior Sales Engineer at Spiff Inc., a new breed sales compensation management and sales intelligence platform.

Ed Matibag obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Fluid Dynamics and Combustion from UC Irvine. Ed then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. In April 2021, they obtained a Selling Though Curiosity Certified certification from STC Live Virtual.
