Senthilkumar Shanmugam

Senthilkumar Shanmugam has a wealth of experience in software engineering and quality assurance. Senthilkumar began their career in 2005 as a Quality Engineer at OfficeTiger Database Systems (India) Private Ltd. In 2006, they moved to Verizon Data Services as a Software Analyst, where they were responsible for gathering business and functional requirements, analyzing business requirements, and creating test scenarios. In 2011, they joined SYNTEL International Pvt. Ltd. as a Test Manager, where they were responsible for planning, executing, and managing all test deliverables within the Portfolio. In 2017, they joined MARS Telecom Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, where they were responsible for taking part in setting test strategies, leading end-to-end test activities, providing progress status reports, and resolving conflicts. Most recently, in 2021, they joined KloudGin as a Senior Manager.

Senthilkumar Shanmugam obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Science and Engineering and Human Resource Management from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in 2003. In 2021, they obtained an ISRQB Test Manager certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB\u00ae).
