Sunil Kalanagasrinivas

Sunil Kalanagasrinivas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sunil began their career in 2003 as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they analyzed business requirements and prepared analysis documents for existing application modules. Sunil then became an IT Analyst, evaluating business requirements and developing detailed specifications. In 2008, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Consultant, leading a team of 25 resources in a long-term on-site/offshore project.

In 2014, Sunil joined HCL Technologies as a Technical Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of critical projects and providing managerial support. Sunil then moved to TEKsystems in 2015, where they served as a Project Manager and later as a Service Delivery Manager. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, optimized business value, and implemented Agile methodologies and Kanban systems.

Currently, Sunil works at KloudGin, starting as a Group Manager in 2019. Sunil then progressed to the role of Associate Director - Customer Success in 2021 and is currently the Director - Customer Success, starting in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Sunil has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, successfully delivering projects, implementing process improvements, and leading high-performance teams. Sunil has also played a key role in business technology transformation and has expertise in areas such as software delivery, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.

Sunil Kalanagasrinivas completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from A V College of Arts, Science and Commerce from 1996 to 1999. Sunil then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Sai Sudhir PG College between 1999 and 2002. Additionally, they hold various certifications, including IC Agile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), ITIL Foundation, Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), SAFe SA (SAFe Agilist), Academy of Health Care Management (AHM) 250 Certified Professional, IBM DB2 Certified Database Associate, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). The obtained months and years for these certifications range from 2007 to 2018.
