Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has worked in the IT industry since 2011. Gaurav began their career at HSK Software Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Development Engineer. In 2012, they moved to SynapseIndia as a Senior Software Development Engineer. In 2014, they joined Interra Information Technologies (InterraIT) as a ServiceNow Consultant. In 2017, they were hired by Cognizant as an Infra Dev Specialist. In 2018, they were hired by HGC Technologies as a Solutions Architect. In 2019, they were hired by Kloves Inc. as a Technical Services Manager and Senior Solutions Consultant. Later that same year, they moved to KlovesLab as a Technical Services Manager and Senior Solutions Architect.

Gaurav Sharma completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Kurukshetra University between 2008 and 2011, studying Computer Programming, Specific Applications. Gaurav has also obtained five certifications from ServiceNow, including Certified Implementation Specialist - Customer Service Management (February 2019), Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resource (December 2018), Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (November 2018), Certified Application Developer (April 2018), and Certified System Administrator (March 2018).
