John-Kristian Jacoby

John-Kristian Jacoby has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Avdelingssjef for HR Utvikling og kontinuerlig forbedring (LEAN) at KLP since May 2015, where leadership in HR development and continuous improvement is a key focus. Previous roles at KLP include Avdelingsleder for the Lean support team and Senior rådgiver, providing process and leadership support for continuous improvement initiatives. Prior to this, John-Kristian held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Gjensidige, managing HR partnership, recruitment, and development. Other significant experiences include a Senior HR Advisor role at KLP and various HR positions at EDB Business Partner and Norges Bank, where responsibilities encompassed administration, sales, and change management. John-Kristian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Strategy and Business Excellence from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Finance.
