Runar Balsnes

Runar Balsnes has a robust background in architecture and consulting, currently serving as Domain Architect at KLP since February 2023. Previously, Balsnes held the role of Enterprise Architect/Solution Architect at Norges Automobil-Forbund from August 2017 to September 2024, focusing on implementing comprehensive architecture to align with strategic business objectives and driving the transition to cloud-based microservices. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Albatross IT Consultants AS, specializing in CRM solutions and integration architecture, and as a Technical Account Manager at Oracle Norway, managing CRM client projects across the Nordics. Balsnes also contributed to various CRM projects in Europe and Asia while at Accenture Netherlands and started a career as a Software Development Consultant at Ementor/Avenir/Merkantildata. Balsnes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Molde University College.
