Heike Helfen

Heike Helfen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the sales and marketing field. Heike is currently the Head of Global Sales Support at Klüber Lubrication since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Sibelco Group from 2015 to 2018, serving as the Vice President Marketing - Transformational Growth and later as the Vice President Strategic Marketing. Before that, they held executive positions at H.C. Starck GmbH, including Vice President Group Strategy and Director of Strategic Marketing. Heike also worked at Climax Molybdenum/Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold as a Technical Marketing Manager and Market Development Manager.

Heike Helfen completed their Diplom degree in Physics at the University of Düsseldorf from 1984 to 1990. Heike later pursued another Diplom degree in Wirtschaft (FH) from AKAD Fachhochschule Lahr between 1995 and 1998.
