Michael Stirnweiß has extensive experience in the lubrication industry, having worked at Klüber Lubrication since September 1987 in various roles including Market Manager Food and Key Account Manager. Prior to this, Michael held positions at MAN Truck & Bus AG from September 1978 to September 1985, starting as a Zahnradfräser and later serving as a Motorenschlosser. Michael also completed Grundwehrdienst with the Bundeswehr in the Luftwaffe from August 1982 to November 1983. Michael's education includes a degree as Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker from GBS Technikerschule München (1985-1987) and Mittlere Reife from Private Wirtschaftsschule Pasold-Weissauer (1975-1978).
