Paulo Ivan de Mello

Paulo Ivan de Mello has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paulo Ivan de started their career as a Process Coordinator at Dixie Toga S/A in 1998 and continued in various process and project management roles at Philips, Emerson Process Management, and GPS Pamcary. In 2010, they became the Quality and Business Process Manager at Serasa Experian, where they improved the BPM model and rolled out the methodology across LATAM. Paulo also worked as a Senior Six Sigma Business Process and Project Manager at Cielo, leading the restructuring of the Business Process Improvement Office. Currently, they are the Head of the Project Management Office at Klüber Lubrication. Additionally, they have experience as an Engineering graduation professor at FIAP and worked as an Independent Photographer from 2000 to 2014.
