Jillian Coutu

Jillian Coutu is the Director Product Operations at Klue. Jillian has over eight years of experience in product development and management. Prior to their current position, they were the VP ePMO at KORE Wireless where they were responsible for the definition and execution of strategic initiatives, company-wide Enterprise projects, product operations and new product introductions, as well as implementing and monitoring global KPI performance. Jillian has also worked as a Technology Manager at VANOC where they developed and implemented end-to-end mobility products and support for all wireless telecommunication services before, during and after the Olympics.

Jillian Coutu has an advanced certificate in project management from Langara College, an associate's degree in criminology from Simon Fraser University, and an associate's degree in criminology from Vancouver Island University. Jillian also has a certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster and a certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
