Rachel Ehrlich is the Co-Founder at Klutch. Rachel has over eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Rachel started their career as an intern at Madison Capital in 2011. Rachel then worked as a financial analyst at Wells Fargo from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined TD as a Vice President - Relationship Manager and was promoted to Head of Global Transactions at Knotel in 2019.
Rachel has a proven track record in new business development, deal structuring, and relationship management. Rachel has also successfully implemented a business plan and trained teams on a new strategy. Rachel is an expert in proforma modeling and budgeting, legal risks and exposures, and technology development and feedback.
In their current role as Co-Founder at Klutch, Rachel is responsible for sourcing and structuring new lease locations, pipeline management, construction budgets and proposals, financial analysis, and risk management.
Rachel Ehrlich began their educational career by studying business at the Wisconsin School of Business, where they earned their BBA. Rachel then pursued a career in real estate and urban land economics, and obtained a certification from FINRA in Series 79.
