The leaders of Klutch have a wide range of experience in many different industries. They have worked in transactions, finance, relationship management, and analysis. They have also founded and been CEO of their own companies. In addition, they have experience as a board trustee and CTO. They hold degrees from the Wisconsin School of Business and Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
