Keva Wardell has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Keva has a strong background in credit and collections management, and has held roles of increasing responsibility throughout their career.

Keva started their career at L. A. Wardell & Sons, where they served as a partner and office manager for a manufacturing company. During their time there, they managed all aspects of the company and successfully increased sales by developing strong customer relationships.

Keva then moved on to Western Distribution Inc., where they worked as an assistant analyst in inventory control. Keva resolved inventory issues, conducted cycle counts, and provided leadership and training to inventory clerks.

Afterwards, Keva joined Compositech Inc. as a purchasing manager. Keva accurately estimated raw materials needed for manufacturing, negotiated with vendors to obtain the best prices, and contributed to improving the company's profitability.

Keva then transitioned to the oil and gas industry, starting with National Oilwell Varco as a credit manager. In this role, they decreased the days sales outstanding (DSO) by resolving disputes and invoicing issues, and provided training and coaching to the credit collections team. Keva also provided research and recommendations to international credit and collection teams, resulting in improved collection rates.

Keva further enhanced their credit and risk management skills at Select Energy Services, where they served as a credit and collections manager. Keva reduced the high-risk exposure of accounts receivable and effectively collected severely delinquent accounts. Keva also increased the productivity of their team through training and coaching.

Keva's expertise in credit analysis and risk management led their to TETRA Technologies, Inc., where they worked as a senior credit analyst. Keva minimized risk by reviewing and analyzing customer information, created written processes, and negotiated alternative payment plans for severely delinquent accounts.

At Alert Logic, Keva held the position of collection manager. Keva reduced the days sales outstanding by creating efficient collection and cash application processes. Keva also developed tools to track disputes and measure team efficiency.

Most recently, Keva joined Basic Energy Services as a manager in the credit to cash department. Keva improved productivity and efficiency by implementing software and updating procedures. Keva also minimized risk by reviewing customer information and reduced overall past due amounts.

Keva Wardell, CBF, completed their high school education at Bingham High School from 1977 to 1980. Keva obtained a degree in Business during their time there. In addition to their high school education, Keva also received certifications in the field of credit business. In March 2007, they obtained their CBA (Credit Business Associate) certification from NACM Gulf States. A year later, in March 2008, they obtained their CBF (Credit Business Fellow) certification, also from NACM Gulf States.
