Jay Survant

Jay Survant, SPHR, has a diverse work experience in various human resources roles. Jay began their career as a Consultant at Parkside Associates in 1997. Jay then joined Accenture in 1998 as a Management Consultant in the Human Capital Practice, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Jay worked at Talent Tree Crystal, Inc. as the Director of Employee Relations & Benefits, and later as the Director of HR & Organization Development. In 2006, Jay joined Stallion Oilfield Services as the Vice President of Human Resources, a position they held until December 2014. Since 2014, Jay has been working at KLX Energy Services as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Jay Survant, SPHR, attended Mary Carroll High School in Corpus Christi, TX, from 1987 to 1990. After completing high school, Jay went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at St. Mary's University and earned a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, completing the program in 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Jay Survant also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). The exact date of obtaining this certification is not specified.
