Tonya Jacobs

Tonya Jacobs is an experienced legal professional with a focus on litigation and employment law. Currently serving as Sr. Litigation and Employment Counsel and Sr. VP of HR and Litigation Counsel at KLX Energy Services since July 2020, Tonya previously held the position of VP of HR and Litigation Counsel at Quintana Energy Services LP from January 2016 to July 2020. Prior roles include Senior Litigation and Employment Counsel at Archer Management (US) LLC and a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP, where Tonya worked from September 1994 to January 2012. Tonya holds a BA in History from The University of Texas at Austin, attained between 1987 and 1991.
