Rebecca Spary

Director of Customer Success at Klyck.io

Rebecca Spary began their career in 2009 as a Retail Associate for Joe Fresh. In 2013, they became a Communications Intern for the St. Catharines Museum and Welland Canals Centre. In 2016, they joined Klyck.io as the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they built and led a high-performing team of customer success professionals, developed customer support improvements, assessed program risks, improved customer satisfaction, collaborated closely with other departments, and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the software products. Prior to this role, they wrote, created, and designed digital and traditional content, built and managed the content and social media calendar, and utilized the marketing automation platform HubSpot.

Rebecca Spary completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Communications from Brock University between 2010 and 2015. Rebecca then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management from Sheridan College between 2015 and 2016. During 2012 and 2013, Rebecca Spary also studied a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Communication at Glasgow Caledonian University.
