André Andreazzi

André Andreazzi is currently the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at KLYM, with previous experience as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company leading digital transformations in various industries globally. Prior to that, André worked at IBM as an Agile CoE LA Leader and Lean Master. André also has experience as a System Analyst at Unisys, Meya do Brasil, Agilent Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard. André holds degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, INSEAD, and University of Technology (Fatec - BS).
