Terri Britt has over 25 years of experience in the home building industry. Terri began their career in 1993 as a Cost Analyst at Torrey Homes. Terri then moved to McCar Homes in 1996, where they held the role of Production Systems Manager for four years. In this role, they set up Estimating databases, Purchasing, Neighborhood set up, and Managed Option pricing. Terri also supported all staff with trouble shooting issues when using company software, developed manuals and training processes, performed database system audits, created database refresher courses, analyzed divisional Profit Margin and Sales Analysis reports, reviewed Contractors delinquent aging reports, audited Open and Closed Job Cost, managed a staff of 5 employees, and supported Builders and Sales with general questions in Job Cost and Sales Software. In 2010, Terri moved to KM Homes, where they have served as Production Systems Manager since. In this role, they have created and analyzed neighborhood pricing models, calculated cost and determined sales prices, designed and setup Neighborhoods, Options, and Estimating models for database users, maintained a competitive pricing database, audited Open and Closed Job cost, analyzed Contractors delinquent aging reports, overseen the operations of Job Starts, Purchase Orders, Variance Purchase Orders and Change Orders, compiled cost and pricing data into database for quarterly pricing bids, and worked closely with sales to quickly and conclusively correct customer specific pricing problems and issues. Terri has also been directly involved in the implementation of a new database set up that was customized for KM Homes.
Terri Britt received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration and Management, General from Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Wichita State University from 1986 to 1989, also studying Business Administration and Management, General.
